One of my many before and after pictures. Starting weight 277 lbs ending weight 135 lbs. Achieved goal in about two years. Hard work does pay off!

Starting weight 197 lbs. Five years ago.
Last week at a picnic .140 lbs. I have just dipped below the 10 stone mark today! I lost the rest over 18 months and have kept it off for three and a half years.
Felt I must celebrate being at my lowest weight since 1990. I am 67 years old. :drinker:

Facial transformation has been my favorite thing since losing 30 lbs. it's insane how much better my hair and skin look since I conquered my fast food and soda addiction and started eating healthier.48 -

OMG - this is the best thread EVER! Thanks to all for posting pics....I wanted to respond to everyone and rave - the spirit in my heart is so high, just from watching this level of success. 5 pounds, 50 pounds, 150 pounds - it's all difficult and so hard won.
