So, I really enjoyed participating in the July Challenge, wasn't sure I'd get to 10, but I was just looking forward to the motivation. To my surprise, it's turned out great! Hit 10 early & so excited! I was hoping to see an August Challenge, but even if I didn't, I planned to continue as though there were, but there will be, so huge YAY!!! I'm so definitely in!!!0

how does this challenge work?
Just friend request your Captain -- which I'm pretty sure is ....Mwaaa!!! with your starting weight>>> then we weigh in on Fridays -- We keep track of how much everyone loses -- throw in a few fun weekly challenges. You do your own nutrition and exercise routine -- plus whatever we challenge everyone to do -- and that's it.
It's fun to see which team loses more -- a little competition is fun -- but -- since we leave the challenge open for people to come (and unfortunately go) as they need to -- I've found it extremely difficult to track even % lost.
(BTW -- anyone who's good with numbers is more than welcome to offer ideas -- just PM me !!)0
