    Fage plain Greek yogurt and berries or eggs for breakfast everyday. Chicken salad or cod and salad for lunch.

    Coffee and tea aren't foods - but apart from that, I have milk (whole, 4% fat) every day, and Wasa rye crackers/crispbread almost every day. I also have fruit and vegetables every day, but those are "categories", not "foods".

    Ramen noodles, mushrooms, chilli, kale, onions, soy sauce.

    Then I throw in which ever veg is on the Aldi super 6 deal and which ever protein I fancy.

    This is pretty much my dinner every night, quick and easy after a long 11 hour day.

    Cottage cheese for me too! I need a quick low calorie protein fix after my workouts with a few carbs added in, and cottage cheese is something I don't have to think hard about or take time to prepare. I like it with a1 steak sauce on it, very different from your blueberries! But I do have blueberries with Greek yogurt pretty often.

    For a long time I ate quinoa with some sort of beans, protein, and vegetables every day for breakfast, but I got sick of it and have been eating egg sandwiches mainly.

    Spinach and/ or Kale in my morning protein smoothy. I have trouble getting my greens in my diet... started and now drink my green smoothy every morning:-)
