I've been gone for a while, since I really had my snacking under control. But summer BBQs, vacation, camping all bring new temptations.

Goal is only pre-logged snacks 5/7 nights per week.1 -

Would love to try this challenge cause I have been struggling with night time binge eating for years. This will be the biggest challenge of my life. Starting tonight so now I'm accountable for myself. Best of luck to everyone & keep that will power strong!0

You can do it. .... I aim to finish the month with more 'ME' than 'LNS'.
Definitely makes me more mindful in the evening when I am drawn to the snack cupboard!1
