Hi. First post but I've been going since Apr 2. Started at 141kg (311lb). Male age 62 Height 186cm.

I've been running a calorie deficit of approx 1500 per day. Eating 1800, burning 3300. Walking average 8000 steps/day and cycling 25km/day. I've also given up sugar as much as possible, down to about 30-40g/day, which is in skim milk and fruit.
