I want to fit into my dress for the formal, and be less than 110kg.4

Trail running 3x a week until my "long" run (45 mins) feels strong the whole way - including running up the massive water tower hill at the very end!10

Currenty 30.7 of my BMI ( Obesity) 190 pounds 5´6
Mini goal: Overweight 184 pounds...
I have always been in the obesity range... Want to never go back and then set a goal to be in my normal BMI.
GW: 150 pounds

Current goal: to get into the 150s.
I'm at 160 right now....I'm so close!!!
My hubby mentioned to me yesterday that my confidence seems to be way up, and I have to agree! losing 11lbs and seeing a huge difference in my body has been a major confidence boost.
I did it! 158 this morning. (And yesterday). Woot woot!!!18 -
To Not gain 10lbs while visiting my son this weekend like I did last time...6

So I live 200miles away from my friends and family, and I last saw them in May. Next time I see them properly is November. I want to lose a stone and a half by then. I'm hoping there will be some difference, as ive already lost 1 stone so far. Hoping they notice when I go down, as Ive only told one person I'm losing weight! If not .....oh well.... hope I can at least fit into some old clothes!10

Cross the "25 pounds lost" mark. 1.7 pounds away! Losing 100 pounds is daunting so I'm splitting it up every which way, so as to not get discouraged.16

My current mini-goal is simply to stick to my plan for the first month or so, so that I've got a motivating history of progress to work from.8

So earlier I mentioned getting down to my first big goal that was 4 lbs away....I DID it! My next Big goal is to get to 160, but my next mini goal is to get to 1709

Going to the gym everyday in July. Still at it; still succeeding (even managed to get my husband back to the gym after a bought of flu derailed him a month ago!). The closer I get to the end of the month the easier I find the motivation as the prize is just 11 days away. Personal achievements that have come out of this - I went to the gym after a 15 hour day at work. I am finding that I'm more motivated to tackle small jobs; such as dropping off a box to the charity shop which had sat in the spare room for 2 years.8

Updating as I'm now working on a new goal!
I had my lovely baby girl on June 2nd and gained a total of 20lbs during my pregnancy. I was back down to my prepregnancy weight after the first week and now I'm just working on getting rid of all the extra weight I've been carrying around. My first goal is to lose 30lbs and I would like to do it by the end of the year. I've lost about 5lbs so far, 25 more to go .16 -

I'm a school teacher and I want to go back into the staffroom in September and for one of my colleagues to say "You've lost weight!"18

to weigh under 85 kilo's. I've lost 8 kilo's so far and my weight is now 85. And i am sabotaging my diet for the last weeks because apparently weighing less then 85 k. is a mental hurdle as well as a physical one.8

I'm not asking for much, I just want to be below 150 by the time I see my doctor next month for an annual check up. A promise I made to myself. I'll even take 149.99999 I'm currently 152.16

I bought my bridesmaid dress yesterday for my friend's wedding August 31. I tried it on the other day, the 16 was a little too big and the 14 was a little too small. Like maybe half an inch from zipping and everything else fit magically. I decided to get the smaller one and really push my diet and exercise. SUPER motivation because it has to fit. I can do it!18

I'm a teacher and school starts back for me in 2 weeks. I have been going up and down with the same 6 pounds for the last 2 1/2-3 months, and it is SOOO aggravating!! My mini goal is to finish a 3 day detox cleanse, and then kick my booty into high gear so I can get out of this "weight decade" by open house. I need to get back to eating like I'm supposed to, rather than eating everything I get for the kids as a snack when we go to the lake. So mini goal: get UNDER 140 by August 7.9

To drop down to a muscular 135lbs. I'm at 140lbs now and my workouts are going pretty well... I'm waiting on a "whoosh" of water retention by next week.... would like to evaluate where I am then!6

I am going for a first try of dress shopping for a friends wedding today. (Only the stores in town, if I can't find something I will have another try in another place in two weeks or so.) I really hope I can treat myself to a nice, figure fitting red dress.10

I bought my "mother of the bride" outfit for my daughters wedding 2 weeks today it fits perfectly but it's a fitted dress so I would like to lose 2lbs by then so there is some room in the dress for cake16
