Currenty 30.7 of my BMI ( Obesity) 190 pounds 5´6
Mini goal: Overweight 184 pounds...

I have always been in the obesity range... Want to never go back and then set a goal to be in my normal BMI.

So I live 200miles away from my friends and family, and I last saw them in May. Next time I see them properly is November. I want to lose a stone and a half by then. I'm hoping there will be some difference, as ive already lost 1 stone so far. Hoping they notice when I go down, as Ive only told one person I'm losing weight! If not .....oh well.... hope I can at least fit into some old clothes!

Cross the "25 pounds lost" mark. 1.7 pounds away! Losing 100 pounds is daunting so I'm splitting it up every which way, so as to not get discouraged.

So earlier I mentioned getting down to my first big goal that was 4 lbs away....I DID it! My next Big goal is to get to 160, but my next mini goal is to get to 170

Going to the gym everyday in July. Still at it; still succeeding (even managed to get my husband back to the gym after a bought of flu derailed him a month ago!). The closer I get to the end of the month the easier I find the motivation as the prize is just 11 days away. Personal achievements that have come out of this - I went to the gym after a 15 hour day at work. I am finding that I'm more motivated to tackle small jobs; such as dropping off a box to the charity shop which had sat in the spare room for 2 years.

Updating as I'm now working on a new goal!
I had my lovely baby girl on June 2nd and gained a total of 20lbs during my pregnancy. I was back down to my prepregnancy weight after the first week and now I'm just working on getting rid of all the extra weight I've been carrying around. My first goal is to lose 30lbs and I would like to do it by the end of the year. I've lost about 5lbs so far, 25 more to go
