I'm 5'2" and 119 and would still like to get to 115, I think. I also strength train/do cardio and might just focus on recomp/fitness instead.

I'm 37, 5'2" and weigh 172lbs now. My ideal weight is around 130-140, no higher for my height and age. Anything less than that I would feel underweight. I have gotten down to 135 felt good, felt healthy and had more energy. I maintained my weight for a while and worked on my core strength.

I am 5'3". My lowest adult weight was 113 (that lasted about 5 minutes). My highest is where I am right now (of course), which is around 200. I've lost 30+ five times, and each time I've gained it back plus more. I used to be a decent exerciser but it's a lot tougher now with this extra weight, and I don't feel motivated. I am almost 47 ears old, and I am also pre-menopausal. I am a stress eater. This is the long way of saying I feel very discouraged. I would say my frame is between small and medium. I would love to weight 120, but I could settle for a healthy, fit 135. But that seems impossible to me right now.

I'm just shy of 5'3" and 47 years old and would like to be in the 140-145 range. I typically range from 155-170 and have been yo-yoing there for the last 10 years. I lost a bunch of weight about a year after having my son and hit 130. He just turned 15 yesterday. Everyone told me I looked sick at that weight so I've set my goal higher and more realistic to maintain for me.

I've reached a point in my life that my weight is less about how I look and more about being able to do what I want physically. Not saying the vanity portion still doesn't exist but it's not quite as important.

@MeganAM89 - No! Computer issues - really (otherwise I'd blame wine but I was at work)

I'm 5'2 and just joined MFP yesterday. I've gained about 24lbs in the past two years and am now at my heaviest at 138.5lb. I've gone up a dress size and a cup size (I'm a 34E now!). My goal weight is 124lb starting off, as for my particular body shape I think anything under 120 would be too thin (I'm kinda hourglass shaped and am only speaking for me personally). A photo taken last weekend has motivated me to lose 15lbs or so! I have gained weight around my middle and my jeans etc just don't fit the same. The medication I'm on causes me to have increased appetite and weight gain is the number one side effect so just have to keep an eye and make lifestyle changes.

I'm 5'2" and am interested in fittingly back into a size 4/4p. For me, that's probably 115-118 but depends on muscle and fat levels. I'd like to gain muscle after I drop.a few more #s but my goal is look, feel, not #.

I was always measured at 5'3.5" in America, but am 162cm in Japan, which is apparently 5'4".
My goal weight is 55kg (125lbs). I weighed 128-132 throughout high school, 135-140 in college, and peaked at 150lbs (68kg) a year or so after graduation. (I am 24 now.)
None of those weights made me happy at the time. I'm currently down to 63kg, or ~139lbs, so "only" 7kg (14lbs) to go...

My younger sister is barely 5'2" and only broke 100lbs after she hit her 20's, so I imagine I could probably get down below 120 and be fine, but I don't know if it would be possible.

We have pretty similar situations! I'm 5'3 and I feel best around 117-122. I'm 27 years old and sitting at 135 right now.
I moved to the beach recently and have been much too indulgent with the drinks and food at the beach! Grr...

I'm 5'3. Started off at 185, went down to 126 and am now at 165. I'm aiming to be 130, I was happiest and felt great at that weight.

5'3", 30 years old and currently 150 pounds or so. My current goal is to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) and see how I feel. At the moment I think 120 would be a good place to be :)
