 Pounds lost is keeping ahead of the weekly goal. Yes!
 This is very good since I had company this weekend. But we were active and ate thoughtfully (except for the donut place on Sunday) and didn't have too many Mai Tais. I finished week 1 of C25K. I am now debating whether to redo week one on my slight hills or progress to week two. I will decide tonight when I head out. This should be a nice, quiet, uneventful week.

 This week's successes: I was away on vacation, so this is a net 2.4 loss since I last posted. I am delighted, because I picked up 1.5 pounds while I was away. I had lovely meals every day and even some cocktails. This showed me I can have some small breaks and, as long as I get back to MFP straight away, it does not have to set me way back.

 This week's success: I got to the gym 3 times this week, and met my step goal every day. Did well tracking and eating within my calories too.
 This week's challenge: I am on annual leave from work this week which will make it much harder to stay away from the chocolate in the fridge and eat within my calories.

 This week's success: I got to the gym 3 times this week. It was a very cold and rainy start to the week, and so the fact that I was home on annual leave, but went out to the gym is a huge success for me!
 This week's challenge: Eating did not go well at all this week. But, I am back to work next week, so I am hoping that getting back into the work/school routine will mean my focus will be back onto healthy meals (and less time spent at home near the chocolate in the fridge).
