    This weeks challenges and successes: No loss this week. Struggling with a bit of stress this past week. Changing my workout routine this week, trying to increase my activity level.

    @Jimb376mfp thanks!! **REALLY** hoping for a mini-WHOOSH this week and to get down into one-derland by my next weigh in (Friday). If not, definitely achievable before August 1st!

    Starting weight: 226.4 lbs
    Current weight: 195.1 lbs
    Total weight loss so far: 31.3 lbs

    This week's success: I got to the gym 3 times this week, and met my step goal every day. Did well tracking and eating within my calories too.

    This week's challenge: I am on annual leave from work this week which will make it much harder to stay away from the chocolate in the fridge and eat within my calories.

    This week's quote: Don't stop. Push harder. Keep going.

    This week's successes: trying to get back on track this time !!! its like. I'm on a roller coaster up and down for the last two months but still down 18 pounds yay me !!!!!

    This week's challenges:: Drink more water!!! Stay on track!!!! Stay out of junk food!!! don't go over calories. stay focus!!!!!

    I should be able to lose a pound a week but it's soooo hard.

    This week's success: I got to the gym 3 times this week. It was a very cold and rainy start to the week, and so the fact that I was home on annual leave, but went out to the gym is a huge success for me!

    This week's challenge: Eating did not go well at all this week. But, I am back to work next week, so I am hoping that getting back into the work/school routine will mean my focus will be back onto healthy meals (and less time spent at home near the chocolate in the fridge).

    This weeks challenges and successes: small gain this week. Was getting discouraged because the weight loss has really slowed down now. I keep reminding myself where I was 6 months ago and it might take 6 months to lose the last 10 pounds.
