omg, I don't want to do this....I've slipped into my old bad routine of LNS. I've gained so much from doing that, so now, using this and your guys' motivation, starting otnight, no more LNS!

My partner and I decided to create our LNS more difficult by making whoever goes back to the kitchen after 8pm do an exercise depending on what we're eating (we have very consistent snacks haha) 20 pushups or cereal, 1m plank for toast & pb, etc.
