 Struggles: Jogs are very irregular. Need to follow a regular schedule.

 Successes / struggles The weight gain was a dissapointment. I let up a little on my calorie intake but my inntake output should still have given me aprox half a kg down.
 I would like to shalk it up to hormones but this is supposed to be the best day of the month to weigh for me.
 I ate some more than i planned over the weekend still logged everything. Trained little due to a stange work schedule. Dont really see any sucsesses this week.
 I try to seek comfort in the fact that last weeks weighing was unrealistic.
 Went to a nordic wildlife park with the kids.
 Food was a bit unstructured loads of roadside food1

 Successes / struggles this week: Knee Surgery in 5 weeks. I have to stay focused on the goal (lose 10% of body weight by 8/25) so that i don't have to worry about weight post surgery. I'm trying to be alcohol free but so difficult when it's hot/humid and just want some 'bubbles'. I'm still somewhat fasting since i have to get physical to get 'clearance' for surgery next Thursday. i need to stay active (within reason) and drink lots of water. much harder to lose when we get older.

 Successes / struggles this week: Two weeks ago, I reduced my calories to 1400 (from 1600), and my body rebelled....weight loss stalled. I gave it a week. Then I raised it right back, and my body has responded. Lost 0.2 yesterday, and 0.6 today. I think I'm not gonna worry about the calories anymore, and continue to eat until I'm full. Being fat adapted is the best thing ever. Also I stopped IF and I didn't gain any weight back!!! That was a huge worry of mine, so I'm thrilled.
 NSV - Decided Sat to chop off my hair...like 5 inches off!!! and all week long I've been wearing a medium length bob with curls/waves...and I when I look in the mirror, I have caught myself telling myself that I am absolutely gorgeous! I have ALWAYS wanted curly hair...and even a perm didn't help lol. But for whatever reason my hair is acting differently this time. I refuse to admit that I'm getting older and that is the reason lol.2

 Successes / struggles this week: Success - Went jogging for the first time in ~3 years. Was able to jog a whole mile without stopping to walk. Went on my longest bike ride so far this year (12 mi).
 Struggles - A lot of unplanned eating out due to last minute plans.
 I can't wait till I can jog for a whole mile! That is quite an accomplishment!!! Way to go!!!1

 Successes / struggles this week: went on a hike to a hidden falls it was a 6 k walk with an altitude increase of 1232 feet with was quite the walk. then the next day we went to a car show. that was a lot of fun but I had a sunburn on the back for my neck from the day before which made it every painful. Eating right when out is hard, especially when you know who it would be cooked at home and that isn't how they are doing it.2

 Successes / struggles The weight was good this week last week based on my diet I should have lost half a kg but gained. This week I should have lost a kg. If we ignore last weeks weight I am practically on the dot for the fortnight.
 So I am chalking it up to water retention last week and feeling like things are going good.
 Sucesses this week managed to get to the gym 3 times and stick with the eating monday trough thursday.
 Fails i do tend to overeat acording to the diet plans during the weekend. Based on next weeks weiging I will make a descision on wheter to only weigh in every other week. Due to me not beeing as clear of the monthly fluctuations as I would like to be.2
