I also decided to change my goal weight. It isn't as realistic as I thought.

I have lost motivation this week I haven't been logging my food or really paying attention or working out. Pure laziness is to blame and I gained 3 pounds because of it. So today I started fresh and am getting back on track. I have big goals and need to stay focused! I've lost almost 18 ibs since June 1st and don't want to mess it up now ok rant over.0

Successes / struggles this week: Another beer weekend brought me back up, but still a pound shy from last Monday, so we call this good, right? I should switch my weigh-in days to Friday, though... Should be nothing but losing the rest of this month at least. August is going to be a real struggle.

Successes / struggles this week: For successes, I've rediscovered how much fun it is to run around on trails and to stop letting my weight (and fear of bathing suits) keep me from doing fun things like tubing down a river. I had the best weekend because I stopped caring about what I looked like and just focused on fun with great people.3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Trying to find the right formula for losing weight is different for different people. It's been almost 6 months that i've been trying to take the healthy path and it has taught me a lot about myself. Never give up and keep pushing yourself harder is my motto!1 -

Successes / struggles this week: weekends i seem to lose focus also i have kids and its hard to not munch on there junk i was drinking energy drinks alot
ENERGY drinks are a big NO as they contain hidden form of sugar in them to give you that insulin boost. Munch on healthy snacks like a bag of carrots/edamamme/Crunchy brown rice rollers from Costco. Drinking water also helps keep you full. Regular green tea helps with detox and keeps your weight in check. GOOD LUCK!0 -
