to weigh under 85 kilo's. I've lost 8 kilo's so far and my weight is now 85. And i am sabotaging my diet for the last weeks because apparently weighing less then 85 k. is a mental hurdle as well as a physical one.8

I'm not asking for much, I just want to be below 150 by the time I see my doctor next month for an annual check up. A promise I made to myself. I'll even take 149.99999 I'm currently 152.16

I bought my bridesmaid dress yesterday for my friend's wedding August 31. I tried it on the other day, the 16 was a little too big and the 14 was a little too small. Like maybe half an inch from zipping and everything else fit magically. I decided to get the smaller one and really push my diet and exercise. SUPER motivation because it has to fit. I can do it!18

I'm a teacher and school starts back for me in 2 weeks. I have been going up and down with the same 6 pounds for the last 2 1/2-3 months, and it is SOOO aggravating!! My mini goal is to finish a 3 day detox cleanse, and then kick my booty into high gear so I can get out of this "weight decade" by open house. I need to get back to eating like I'm supposed to, rather than eating everything I get for the kids as a snack when we go to the lake. So mini goal: get UNDER 140 by August 7.9

To drop down to a muscular 135lbs. I'm at 140lbs now and my workouts are going pretty well... I'm waiting on a "whoosh" of water retention by next week.... would like to evaluate where I am then!6

I am going for a first try of dress shopping for a friends wedding today. (Only the stores in town, if I can't find something I will have another try in another place in two weeks or so.) I really hope I can treat myself to a nice, figure fitting red dress.10

I bought my "mother of the bride" outfit for my daughters wedding 2 weeks today it fits perfectly but it's a fitted dress so I would like to lose 2lbs by then so there is some room in the dress for cake16

My first mini goal is to get under the next kg.
But my main mini goal is to weigh less than my other half. A couple of kg away. I can't believe I weigh more than him.6 -
I'm still fairly new to this. Been on here almost a month now. Reading everyone's stories and advice has really motivated me. My first mini goal is to lose 20 lbs before my son goes back to school on August 28th. I'm down 11 already so I think I can do it!

My goal is to improve my health.
I am a renal patient who, after my kidney transplantation, I felt free to eat without caring. Untill I realised that I am close to get a health issue because of my dietary habits and the combination of the medicine I receive. So my goal is to gain my healthy life back.10 -
To loose the mummy pooch before my sisters wedding in may - the other 3 bridesmaids are tall slim and baby-free!7

I love this thread. Even if I don't have a mini goal at the moment, it motivates me to think of one, which then motivates me to keep going!
Today, my mini-goal is to GO TO THE GYM. I haven't been to the gym in over a year, and I have a huge mental block against going. But I want to reach my 10,000 steps today but it is absolutely pouring outside. That means... I will go to the gym.
Even if it's just to breathe in the gym air, look around, and stroll on the treadmill. I'm gonna do it.10 -
To start some strength training.... I am great with cardio, but I need to build up more strength. It's tough for women with small frames, i envy those with sculpted arms & shoulders--you look beautiful & strong!!8
