What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My first mini goal is to get under the next kg.
But my main mini goal is to weigh less than my other half. A couple of kg away. I can't believe I weigh more than him.6 -
I'm still fairly new to this. Been on here almost a month now. Reading everyone's stories and advice has really motivated me. My first mini goal is to lose 20 lbs before my son goes back to school on August 28th. I'm down 11 already so I think I can do it!

My goal is to improve my health.
I am a renal patient who, after my kidney transplantation, I felt free to eat without caring. Untill I realised that I am close to get a health issue because of my dietary habits and the combination of the medicine I receive. So my goal is to gain my healthy life back.10 -
To loose the mummy pooch before my sisters wedding in may - the other 3 bridesmaids are tall slim and baby-free!7

To log in every day for 100 days.
I have reached 51 days today and that is the longest streak I have ever done.9 -
I love this thread. Even if I don't have a mini goal at the moment, it motivates me to think of one, which then motivates me to keep going!
Today, my mini-goal is to GO TO THE GYM. I haven't been to the gym in over a year, and I have a huge mental block against going. But I want to reach my 10,000 steps today but it is absolutely pouring outside. That means... I will go to the gym.
Even if it's just to breathe in the gym air, look around, and stroll on the treadmill. I'm gonna do it.10 -
To start some strength training.... I am great with cardio, but I need to build up more strength. It's tough for women with small frames, i envy those with sculpted arms & shoulders--you look beautiful & strong!!8

To be able to wear my wedding ring again. If it were winter, I'd probably be able to get it on in another 10. With it being summer, I've probably got more like 15 lbs to go. I've lost 13 so far...5

I had gained some weight shortly before I met my now boyfriend of about 2 1/2 years and through the 1st year of our relationship we both gained quite a bit of weight. It was a combination of college, stress, and he suffered a pretty serious bought of illness. Together we've been exercising and dieting for about 6 months I've lost 30lbs so far and him about 40. I'm so close to being at the weight that I met him at and I'm determined to push past it. I just want him to see me at a size he hasn't before. It's kinda shallow but definitely my biggest motivator right now.14

Current goal is to lose this stubborn travel weight (mostly water retention I think as I was only gone 4 days!) and complete week 8 of C25K. I'm hoping to get through both of those this week!5

My husband and I have booked a cruise to celebrate our anniversary in late September. My goal is to be at my goal weight by then. I am 9 lbs away.7

I had lost 68 lbs but I keep fluting 10 lbs in a week. my first goal is to get a new scale.
2nd goal is to start lifting with upper body as I hurt my knee and can't hike or swim.5 -

I'm almost at 50 days and it's my longest streak too. I'm going to follow your lead and aim for 100!5 -
The longest streak that I've had for consistently working out and watching my intake had been 8 weeks. Sunday will start 8 weeks and I'm looking forward to hitting 9 weeks of loving myself!16

Getting to my pre-pregnancy weight before my daughters first birthday at the end of September. Only 10 lbs to go to reach that goal!10

Mini goals by 8/15:
- For the legs of my skinny jeans to feel loose
- to drop 2 lbs as my birthday present to myself (that's 3 weeks to get there)
- to figure out how to dress my new postpartum shape for fall11 -
A few for me:
- To get to 105 lbs by the start of the semester; that would mean losing about 8 lbs by the end of August. I don't lose that fast normally, but I'd love to start a new year at that weight and only be 5 lbs away from my ultimate goal of 100 lbs even.
- Swim three times a week and lift weights twice
- It would also be fantastic to get some big projects at home completed by the time classes resume: hardwood floors refinished, painting some rooms, etc. I'll have to hustle.

I started getting serious about weight loss in August of last year, and I go on vacation at the end of August. I want to lose as much as possible before my first year is gone by, and look good for vacation10

Be in the 130s- haven't been less than 140 since before I quit dancing, and I'm now 140.8- sooooo close.
Complete C25K/ be able to exercise by just leaving my house and running for a while. I hate going to the gym to workout.
Fit into my 'Audrey Hepburn' ball gown.12 -
My goal was to get into a gorgeous curve-hugging, "can't-hide-any-flaws" size 6 dress that I've never worn before a friend's wedding in September. One month later, the dress fits and looks great! New mini goal is to fit into some size 4 pants that I haven't worn in years.
I like fitting clothes goals instead of weight goals, because I don't care what the scale says as long as I look toned and can wear whatever I want. At 36, I just bought my first crop top. Age be damned, I'm rockin' it!25 -
My next mini goal is to be at 50 lb lost. I have 5.8 lb to go13
