    I'm gonna count this for yesterday ok? ;)
    I've started Intermittent Fasting starting yesterday basically Complete fast and killer burn on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I went through the day yesterday only drinking water and my supplements and it was a breeze. Wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be! Tomorrow is my next trial! ;)

    Also I got a chance to teach a new student and found a new exorcise class.
