Woot! Woot! I am ready

Hi everyone, I would like to join in as well. My 6 week goals include daily exercise (walk/run mostly), cutting sugar and cutting down to one glass of wine per day. I'm wanting to lose approximately 50 pounds total and would like to shed 10-12 pounds in 6 weeks. This is my springboard challenge after falling off the wagon for several months of saying "I don't care anymore". I lied to myself to justify my complacency. I really do care and want to change my habits and get healthier.1

I'm in, my goal is to workout for 6 days each week and at LEAST get 8 hrs of sleep a day2
-
I'm in. My goal for the 6 weeks is to lose 5 pounds AND exercise 4 times + per week without eating back all the calories (started gaining slowly when I did this). I got within 2 pounds of my goal weight and started exercising more to feel and be healthier but found myself hungrier and eating more which caused a small weight gain (that and eating/drinking on vacation).2
