Total loss: 10.6 pounds.
I fell short of my goal by some, but when I started this challenge I never imagined I would actually lose 10+ lbs. For the first time in my life I set out to lose weight and did just that. I can already see and feel the difference ... and that's cool with me.
Congrats to everyone who stuck it out for the 6 weeks.5 -

6/19: 200.8 an improvement, so I'm happy about that! Doing Insanity, trying to eat balanced meals and watch my water intake as well.
6/26: 197.6 It was actually lower two days ago, but I made a few choices that I know I can adjust. So far I'm doing well and trying to stay consistent with my food intake.
7/3: 199 I was holding at 197 for about 3 days and then over ate one day and here we are. Surprised that I jumped up this much, but hopefully will go back down again.
7/10: 196.8 Alright. Bit by bit.
7/17: 197.4 went down to 195 and then had two bad days in a row and was back up and 198. Finally headed back down. Remember, Popeye's chicken is bad....one more week to go.
7/24: 193.6. After my last check in I quickly dropped back to 195, and I have my new work schedule, lots of water and lots of steps to thank. I'm really happy that I was able to lose as much as I have. These 6 weeks went by real fast.

I didn't want to post this because I'm backsliding. But, I'm doing this for accountability, so;
7/17 - 190.5
I'm reevaluating my eating plan, and hope to reverse the scale next week.
Final weight - 187. Down 1.5 pounds. Far less than I wanted to lose, but I am proud of myself. I hit a rough patch, and instead of giving up like I would have in the past, I re-assessed things and got back on track.
I hope there is another 6 week challenge!1 -
