    Hi Everyone, I am in and back after a long absence. I have to admit though I am great for starting things but terrible at finishing them when it comes to exercise. But I am going to give it go and see what happens! Good luck everyone!

    Oh, and I am going to do both of them!!

    I'm a newbie but I'm going to try both. I don't have much of a support system but I'm very focused and determined

    Use MFP as your support system. We've all been through it or are going through it at the same time. Feel free to send me a friend request if you would like. Just don't judge me based on my diary. Lol. I've gotten close to Goal and had a rough year on top of it so I've been eating pretty bad!! :#

    New to the group and just returned to MFP 2weeks ago. This is just what I need to motivate me. I am terribly out of shape and 50 lbs over my ideal weight- taking it 10 lbs at a time. @MiamiSeoul your story is powerful and motivating- thank you for sharing.
