July 1 - 161.5 km cycling (510 min) + 0.5 km walking (6 min). This was a 150 km event put on by the BC Randonneurs to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday. Plus a bit extra.
July 2 - 3 km walking (35 min)
July 3 - 3.5 km walking (43.75 min) + 20.00 km cycling (63.16 min)
July 4 - 1 km walking (12 min) + 28.3 km cycling (90 min)
July 5 - 1.5 km walking (18 min) + 33.8 km cycling (105 min)
July 6 - 4 km walking (50 min) + 50.9 km cycling (160 min)
July 7 - 3 km walking (35 min) + 30.5 km cycling (95 min)
July 8 - 0.8 km walking (10 min) ... this was mainly within airports. I try to do a lot of walking while waiting for flights.
July 9 - For me, Sunday did not exist. We left Vancouver on Saturday, and arrived in New Zealand on Monday. There was no Sunday.
July 10 - 0.5 km walking (6 min) ... more airports as we flew into Australia.
July 11 - 21 km bicycle ride (65 min) ... a chilly, damp ride back in Tasmania.
July 12 - 1 km walking (12 min) ... just a bit of commute walking.

July 27 - 1.5 hours/9 miles
Total so far - 13.5/68 miles
Have a ride planned for Sunday but I'm still short this month of my goal of 20 hours.

Dang. That's a big week. I've done 20 hours once and I was pretty wrecked from that. Is this a big week for you, or do you routinely rip through some serious miles?
And thanks, here in CO we got plenty of hills. Starting to get back some of that fitness (and weight loss) that I had from before my crashes in Mar and June. Was going pretty damn good in February, more power than now and was at 63kg/138lbs. Feel so draggin at 71kg right now...but considering 6 weeks ago I was almost 76kg, that's good progress.2 -
Got 7 miles in on the road yesterday and got a quick 7 mile trail ride in today after work.
Been adding my miles up wrong for the last 2 weeks or so. Corrected them again!
On a good note, I have blown my July goals up!!

Best bike has gone in for servicing and repair.
Started creaking and at first thought it was my wonky knee! Then hoped it was my saddle but sadly it's the bottom bracket. New cassette and chain also required.
Just as well I have a spare (you can't have too many bikes after all....) as this weekend was warm but humid.
40 miler and 60 miler done but really hard to drink enough.
Bit of running around on my hybrid too, forgotten was a nice ride a hybrid is in an urban environment.

Got my bike back with lubed/adjusted bottom bracket, new chain and cassette and it's riding like new again.
Just in time for.....
Drove down to Winchester and did a cut down Audax route over part of the South Downs and Salisbury Plain. Stunning scenery, great roads and incredibly low levels of traffic. One of my best ever rides but more challenging than I expected. Only one really big hill but there was a 10 mile uphill drag and constant ups and down that broke my rhythm. 84.5 miles, 31 Strava PRs, 4472' of elevation, 5hrs 40min.

I was aiming for 300 this month, but got derailed. In part due to a 54 mile ride today, though, I managed to get to 248mi. And tomorrow will be a rest day, so that's my tally for the month. I can live with that.2
