    Minutes - 220 (rough week, very tired)

    I just can't seem to get the hips to move!! :grumble:

    What the heck?!! I cant believe i lost SEVEN lbs in one week! Almost makes me nervous! Not as if im "wasting away" quite yet tho. Lol

    Tried so hard this week - im so sad that my weight hasn't gone down.... :(

    But WOW look at those exercise minutes. You should be so bad of the dedication. All I can say so CONGRATS & wish I had those minutes.....:smile:

    BLC's-Oh Ya., this week after the results I will announce team captains & the team captains will select their team members for next week. The teams will be the Cougars, the Panthers, the Vipers, the Jaugars, the Pandas & the Grizzles. Each team will be in charge of motivating each other. Next week each team will have their over all result.

    The captains are the last 3 BL & 3 that fell at the bottom. The 1st captain will select there team name and select 7 team members. Post your team name & team members. Then the 2nd captain will do the same and so on until all teams are complete. In addition, to the participants above here is the ones that didn't get to check in before I posted:

    The weather looks good here for next week so I'm looking to get some long rides in to help produce the great number I know we'll get and to beat the other teams :tongue:
