Hi - I'm VERY new to all this and this is my first challenge. Mentally prepped to stick with it!

- the squats went well but had to do the crunches in stages as i just had a baby a couple months ago and have no abs left but im determined to get them back!4 -

I went first and my son counted. I went to 130 and he says, "Mom, 120 was the #!" Great, just great!5 -
@serser28 & @brittanydashnay doing any of the exercises in stages is perfectly ok. i always break down the total quantity into sets. there is no rule that says they have to be done all at once. just finish by the end of the day.

i like that the days are not progressive. doing a lot one day then maybe not so many the next.3 -

Day 4 squats and crunches done. Was a bit easier today although still had to do the crunches in stages. No pain no gain I keep telling myself. Will be an achievement for me when I can do them all in one go.5
