    Day 3 squats and crunches done - I really struggled with the crunches. Had to do them in stages but got there in the end! Keep up the good work everyone.

    - the squats went well but had to do the crunches in stages as i just had a baby a couple months ago and have no abs left but im determined to get them back!

    @serser28 & @brittanydashnay doing any of the exercises in stages is perfectly ok. i always break down the total quantity into sets. there is no rule that says they have to be done all at once. just finish by the end of the day.

    day 1, 2, & 3 for crunches & squats: ✔
    i like that the days are not progressive. doing a lot one day then maybe not so many the next.

    Pickle juice!! I drink it twice a day every day. I have lupus so muscle aches are a big part of my life. Pickles and pickle juice help tons! Hope you feel better
