Making face transformation photos always motivates me so much! I can SEE the unhealthy food I was eating on my face and hair, and changing up my diet helped me not only lose weight but appear so so so much healthier74 -

Before Jan at 220ish. During June at 170. Counting on MFP and running with some strength training. Still want to lose down to 160.51 -
Wrong order, sorry! I think you can tell which is before and which is now. Before - 267 pounds; Now 167 pounds.

This is a 25 pound loss with at least 25-30 lbs more to go. Not a major difference but enough to keep me motivated! You all are looking so wonderful, thank you for the inspiration!13

Top picture is me age 27, 160lbs. Bottom picture is me age 36, 140lbs. Funny to see them together like that-- I think I look better in the older picture than the younger!

it's full length but you can see the difference in my face. first pic is approx 12.2stone and last one is 10.5stone taken a couple of days ago..

Hey first pic was taken 2 weeks before christmas 2016 the 2nd was taken 1 month ago when I noticed my face looking thinner, they say noticeable weight kinda comes in whooshes lol 1 month your face the next your butt, next thighs etc etc I think this month has been my hips and forearms as I have noticed them look and feel slimmer... anyway great pictures! well done to all I still have a long long way to go with my weight loss journey though 36 -
