I have really let myself get distracted by summer Plus our home computer finally died so my logging is only consistent at the office which has aggravated my already poor habits. So I was on vacation last week, I went to Toronto ON with a friend of mine from Chicago, IL. I spent 3 days walking around the city, and each day was about 14 hours long. Lots of exercise for me! But I'm paying for it with sore muscles. A small price for the loss I'm showing this morning.

Not doing so well. Am going away tomorrow for 10days. To my sister who lives 2500kms away. Just decided this morning it was time to go. So its a holiday but also a chance to take time for myself and renew my energy. My first holiday on my own for 22years. Hope to come back refreshed and energised to continue this journey.
