Starting on August 11 - 20, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 13! Lets see what more we can do as we reach a total of 130 days consecutively!
Anyone else game?
Weighing yourself everyday? Controversial you may say? Well for me personally, checking the scale can be motivating. I read in a study of 3,500 people who maintained 60 or more pounds of weight loss for at least a year, researchers from the National Weight Control Registry found that 44 percent weighed themselves every day. Another study in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine found that overweight people are six times more likely to lose weight if they weigh themselves at least once a day. I don't about you, but it helps me and motivates me to keep going or to tweak what I did the day before. I never weigh more than just once in the morning. Our weight fluctuates constantly throughout the day with what we drink and consume, so only make it a 'once a day' rule for sanity sake. ~Hillcrestbaby
Let's give it our best 10 days ever as we settle into mid-August!

I'm back in this round... hopefully the last few days off will have given me a break and help get me back on track. This summer cold has sucked the life out of me!4

My only goal round 12 was to actually lose weight....and I did.
R12 average = 143.4 (@ 9 days)
R11 average = 145.18
R10 average = 144.10
R9 average = 143.48
R8 average = 143.03
R7 average = 143.16
R6 average = 144.44
R5 average = 143.647 -
I'm in! This will be my second round!
R12 - 231.2 ( at day 9)
Goal - get to 227lbs.

Hi, I'm in. Bought jeans yesterday that are just a little too tight to wear. I have lots to lose, but lost 20 lbs previously and it's mostly stayed off, but summer has been hard on my exercise/weight loss. Glad to have this help me get back in track.

SW: 227; Lowest weight 7 Aug 2017: 161.4; Final goal weight: 147
Round 8: lowest, 162.0; highest, 169.0; mean, 165.5 (5 day holiday created overage)
Round 9: lowest, 164.8; highest, 169.0; mean, 166.8
Round 10: lowest, 166.0; highest, 168.0; mean 167.7 (166 on 4 days! I know I can improve on that!)
Round 11: lowest, 164; highest, 166.8; mean, 165.5 (-2.6 this round)
Round 12: lowest, 161.4; highest, 164.4; mean, 162.6 (1.2 under target of 163: this round)
Daily Goals: pre-log/follow through; balance macros/micros; hydrate; 15+ strength ; 15+ flex ; 6,500+ steps ; close kitchen at 8pm!
Target weight: 160

I'M BACK! I am so appreciative of this group. You've offered me more support than even my own family. Sometimes, the kindness of strangers truly does make a difference, and I want you all to know that you're that difference for me. I have .8 lbs to lose, which is my goal for this next challenge. When I get there, I will have lost 20lbs, which is the maximum amount of weight my doctor wanted me to lose.10

Round 12 (My round 1) was a great round for me garnering a 9 pound loss. Most of that was the loss of weight gained during vacation so I am not expecting those kinds of results for this round.
For this round I will set my goal to 156 pounds.
10 August - 160.1 weight at the end of round 12 (my round 1) - So ready to break into the 150s
