8/11 62.1 Fair enough. I had a lovely treat day yesterday, full of sugar, spice and all things nice, and salt led the assault. It was worth it!

Round 12 (My round 1) was a great round for me garnering a 9 pound loss. Most of that was the loss of weight gained during vacation so I am not expecting those kinds of results for this round.
For this round I will set my goal to 156 pounds.
10 August - 160.1 weight at the end of round 12 (my round 1) - So ready to break into the 150s

8/11- 173 not a good start of round to go up but in all fairness this was after a workout and drinking a full bottle of water. I'll wait till tomorrow to feel bad or good about it!

- click on the discussion thread. it should take you straight back to where you left off. You might have to scroll back one or two posts to find your last post.
- Hit <Quote> to copy your previous post (or any other post you want to copy)
- edit it by deleting the square brackets and contents at the beginning and end of your post, plus anything else you want to remove.
- Add in whatever you want and hit <Post Reply> and it's done.
The little cog wheel beside the 3 dots at the top left of your post allows you to reopen and edit it for about 60 minutes.
Another way (which someone else mentioned as well) is to keep track of your weights on the memo function on your phone (or notepad on computer) then copy and paste the text to the discussion thread. It's what I do.6 -

8/11- 179.2 I know it's only a few ounces but yesterday I started in earnest with my workout and healthy eating routine. 180 is the most I've ever weighed in my life (before that it was 169 and I haven't checked the scale in between so this was quite a surprise). Just to see this number tip little bit is inspiring... and I'm off to the gym!

I started increasing my water intake yesterday, and when I do that, I tend to see a drop in weight right away. However, it doesn't always last, so I'm hopeful but not going to beat myself up if it's just a fluke on the scale7 -

8/11 190 - Ugh! I'm retaining a ton of water and just feel heavy. This happened at the same time last month so I'm thinking it's from ovulation and not drinking enough water. I'm hoping for a big whoosh soon!! Today's goal is to eat more veggies and drink a gallon of water!

Back for more accountability, support and sharing. Finished round12 at 144.4. Would love to get at 142.4 or below for this round. Total loss since March at end of round 12 = 18.5 #.

Drink some lemon water or eat a cucumber. They both help as natural diuretics.6 -

Good start, although the last time I got to this weight it was also a Friday and I screwed it up with the weekend. We will see what I can do. Yesterday I went over my calorie count but I was able to get up and do some walking which was a good start post cryosurgery (it was almost the entire bottom of both of my feet lol, so I'm surprised it hasn't gotten infected and that I'm able to do this much walking).
