My 5lbs goal proved to be too much last round so I'll bring it down to 3 so that I don't get so discouraged near the end! I haven't been under 170 in 3 years..

I had a big loss last round so not expecting much of a loss for this round, but we will see. My goals for this round are to make sure I stay hydrated and, since there are two weekends in this round, to work on being more mindful of my eating on the weekends.

Hi all - technical question. I figured out how to star this discussion, but 2 questions. 1) do you edit your first post when adding new weight, if so how? (On phone). Also is there an easy way to jump to your post instead of searching through pages and pages? Sorry - but I haven't made much use of the discussions in the past because I found them hard to use. Thanks for the help, looking forward to that am weight in!!!0

I’m not sure of the technicalities but I’ve just created a note in my phone which I’ll update and copy and paste each day into a new reply. That way I don’t need to find my last post in the thread and can just read all the new ones before adding mine
Sorry edited to add - when you click on the link it should take you automatically to new posts only so you shouldn’t have to scroll through pages and pages that you’ve already read. If you don’t want to read the new posts then press the ‘Last’ button which will take you to the last page. That’s how I do it anyway4 -
1st round for me, have been watching this challenge intently and enjoying seeing all the progress and motivation to keep chipping away at it
I’m doing 5:2, after a change in my lifestyle has proven difficult in keeping the weight I’ve already lost away. I have gotten very close to my goal weight range of 58-62kg (128 - 136 lbs) only to have put on 8kg (17.6 lbs) since before Christmas and really struggling to lose it as I did previously. This is my 3rd week on 5:2 and apart from an initial 0.5kg loss I have remained steady. So I really need to continue to tighten my calorie intake during those other 5 days particularly on weekends and hoping this challenge assists me with being more accountable for that.
I used to be a once a month weigher so I can’t believe I’m switching to daily!
Good luck everyone!
