    I have really let myself get distracted by summer :( Plus our home computer finally died so my logging is only consistent at the office which has aggravated my already poor habits. While there is no possible way of hitting my next mini-goal....I am going to get myself together and regain focus for the remainder of the challenge.

    So I was on vacation last week, I went to Toronto ON with a friend of mine from Chicago, IL. I spent 3 days walking around the city, and each day was about 14 hours long. Lots of exercise for me! But I'm paying for it with sore muscles. A small price for the loss I'm showing this morning.

    I finally am heading in the right direction! Yay! Completed the c25K program this week and ran my first 5K today! Not fast, but I beat my training times by a minute...so I'm happy!
