I'm traveling this weekend to visit family. It's always a big food fest!!! And drink fest! I'm going to take my protein and eat the veggies I guess. Vodka soda? I'll take suggestions!0

How about adding diet tonic water to your vodka?. That will keep it low-calorie. Good luck!2 -
Thx mgerhart that's what I'm thinking...or maybe I'll take some Fresca for a mixer! Friday nights are challenging for me. What's everyone else do to keep it healthy on Friday evening?1

I'm in for sure! I've ordered the scale, waiting for it to come in and help keep me accountable! I'm so glad I found these challenge groups. I've been telling myself that I can start tomorrow for 10 years now! It's a big encouragement to see so many others also trying to lose weight.5

Hope its not too late to join. I am so ready to lose as much as I can by Christmas. I will be happy as long as it is a resonable lose. So sick of always being the biggest person in the room. Have over a 100 to lose.1

Definitely count me in the last time I was on a weight loss kick these kind of things inspired me so much. I have over 100 pounds to lose but I wanna lose as much as I can before the end of the year. All year I've been bouncing at the same weight and I'm ready to change that !!1

I would love to lose 30lbs by Christmas. I have just restarted MFP again after slacking off bigtime. Can I do it?? I am at 183lbs, would love to be 154lbs...1

Using the MFP android app, I was able to view, but not edit.
If you are experiencing the same issue, try accessing the link through your computer or even the browser on your phone (stay on the browser instead of being redirected to the MFP app).

I added my weight for Aug 21, (weighed myself today) since I couldn't remember what it was for Aug 14. Love the little Santa Claus graphic.2

I'm in! I've added myself to the spreadsheet Losing 30 pounds would put me well on my way to reaching my goal of 199. My lowest was 222 a couple years ago. Since then I've been losing and regaining the same 20 pounds. At 235 now... again. lol we can do this!!!1

Thank you to whom ever added my name to the spreadsheet. I appreciate that a WHOLE lot. In case anyone wants to keep adding my weight for me, that'd be REALLY awesome, if not I don't blame anyone & I'll just leave the group so it won't put any strain on someone.
So, last week I weighed - 185.8
This week, I weigh - 186.
Gain of - 0.2lbs
Not pleased with this but at least it isn't a huge gain & only a small one. Try better for next week's weigh in!

Do you weigh your food? That was a game changer for me. I go by weight in grams and ounces per serving-- a little more reliable that way. Sometimes a slice of cheese I think is 70 calories because the package says 1 slice is a serving, is actually 120 because it weighs more than the 28 grams/serving.2
