    8/11- 199.2 ok i'm honestly so surprised by this i just started my journey 5 days ago at 203.2 and i've now lost 4 pounds i'm so happy and i feel amazing great first day
    8/12- 200.3 ok so this is kind of upsetting but i've been sick all week and yesterday was the worst of it but i will be back in onederland by tomorrow i know that for sure
    8/13- 199.6 yayyyyy i'm so happy that i'm back here today has been one week since i started my journey and i've lost 3 pounds already i'm so happy
    8/14- 198.5 this really took me by surprise i'm so excited to see that 8 i've been working so hard and i'm happy to see good results
    8/15- 198.5 not really surprised about this i was eating a lot yesterday hopefully i go down by tomorrow
    8/16- 199.2 this sucks i'm trying not to be upset but this is every upsetting but it's just one day so i'm ready to lose more
    8/17- 199 this is great things are really getting better i feel great
    8/18- 199.4 i was with my friends didn't really keep up
    8/19- 199.2 feeling better things weight in is tomorrow i'm really scared to step on that scale

    8/12. 185.0 I had mcdonalds and didn't make my step goal yesterday but I managed to eat under my calories so this surprised me.
    8/13. 184.4 met my calorie, step and water goal yesterday. It was a long day since I was switching myself from days to nights.
    8/14. 185.2 met my goals yesterday.
    8/15. 184.6
    8/16. 184.6
    8/17. 184.2
    8/18. 183.8 still have met my calorie and step goals. Been doing my p90x3 everyday.
    8/19. 185. I forgot to weigh in when I woke up and I only had 3 hrs sleep so I expected that

    8/11 180.0 Had Mexican food last night plus dessert and went way over calories. Lots of water and staying on calories today!
    8/12 180.0 well shoot! Too many sweets yesterday! Baked cupcakes with my daughters and of course ate some! Lol
    8/13 179.0 Stopped tracking after breakfast and ate waaaaay too much today. My older 2 go back to school tomorrow and I think I'm a little stressed/sad.
    8/14 180.5 Figured as much.

    SW: 249 (March 2017); CW: 232.4 (although my official weigh in on Monday was 231.8); GW: no idea yet but for this round I'd say 230.

    8/11 - 232.4 - up a little from my Monday weigh in but hoping to see that come back down by Monday
    8/12 -232.6 - up just a touch, but took mom out to dinner last night so probably a bit of a sodium bomb; starting a 5k training program this morning and pushing water
    8/13 - 232.4 - forgot to post this yesterday. Moving back down.
    8/14 - 232.0 - moving in the right direction! This week I need to focus on my water intake. I've also started some running training intervals, so that may be causing me to retain a little water as its more intense than my usual walking. Hoping water and having a better week calorie-wise (I was over two days last week) will get me back where I want to be.
    8/15 - 231.2 - under what my official weigh-in was last week! With careful eating and a little luck I might make it to my goal for this round.
    8/16 - 231.8 - hovering up and down in this small range - hoping for a woosh soon
    8/17 - 230.6 - hoping this is actually moving down finally; family reunion on Saturday will be my first real test of making good choices
    8/18 - 230.6 - holding steady so this may actually be real; nervous about tommorrow - going to look at maintenance calories so I can try not to overdo it too much, but the hardest part will be tracking
    8/19 - 230.2 - woo!
    8/20 - 232.4 - back where I started this round; likely retaining water bc of salty foods at family reunion yesterday; hoping this drops tomorrow for my official weekly weigh in

    This has been fun! Got so close to my goal but circumstances sort of prevented me from reaching it. I hope I'll do better in the next round!
