I was down 14 lbs but gained about 9 lbs back so I'm on a mission... I started this challenge in the beginning and then stopped. time to be accountable again!!

I was expecting a loss when I step on the WW scale and was surprised and disappointed that the scale did not move.
Next weeks challenge: To not let myself get down but continue on with the program.
I have two WIs left in Aug. I was hoping to get to 201 in Aug. I know if I keep doing what I have been I WILL get there just probably not in August.

This week's challenges and successes: Slight gain as expected after a cruise. Always lots of great food and tempting adult beverages. We had the experience of a life time when we swam with whale sharks! It was high adrenaline and fast paced. I would have not been able to do this a year ago at 45# heavier.
Now back to normal routine to drop these pounds and prepare for the next adventure! Going paddle boarding today. Tried it 5 years ago but had trouble just standing up and quit. Today will be a success!3 -

Goal weight: About 260 lbs (118 kg). Eventually a six pack (The heavier I reach this goal - the better).
Current weight: 271 lbs (123 kg)
Total weight lost: 37.6 lbs (17 kg)
This week's successes: It's been more than three months after my chest surgery. Now I'm fully recovered. Back on track, logging, training, dieting. Everything is going how it should be. I'm happy with where I am. Lost a little muscle for the past three months after the surgery, but I think I'll regain it quickly. On my way to my first goal weight. Hope I'm gonna see some first row ab action soon. I'm commited to the final results and purpose now more than ever.
This week's challenges: I finished my protein powder few days ago and should wait for 2 weeks for my father to refill my stash, haha (he's a distributor). So it's a little bit hard with the food and staying on track with my macros.5 -
