Do you eat back the calories you've worked off?
I ask because you see the progress of my walks and this summer we have had mega outside heavy lifting and work too do. STILL I have gained 1.5 pounds since FEBRUARY. I have tried eating back the 'net' that everyone says I must. I GAIN WEIGHT when I do that. The bad thing is that I am Insulin Resistant and it makes it difficult too lose a lot of weight at a time. It took me THREE YEARS just too lose 50 pounds...... Since then which was 2014 I have gained a few pounds here and there and lost a small bit here and there. End result is I have gained 7 pounds in three years....I WANT TOO GET IT OFF AND KEEP IT OFF. I still have about 17-20 pounds too lose....
I KNOW I probably need too drop my intake too 1200 Calories and some days I do but man that is a difficult one!!!!!!! I do walk at least an hour a day and some days another 30 minutes too an hour. I can not do sit up exercises. I've tried lifting 5 pound weights only too end up with shoulder pain and then I quit. Even today I have Lt. shoulder pain since trying too do those...
I AM GOING TOO TRY and start cutting calories some...
ANY SUGGESTIONS???????????
When I first joined and was faithful I was eating 1200 calories a day. I was also walking minimum 5-7 miles a day. I lost weight regularly. I have not been walking as much and I have not been faithful in logging honestly. . .so the weight has been creeping back on. I will get myself back on track and get rid of the extra pounds.3 -
as of August 19th..........73.75 Walking Miles
Did not expect too get a Sunday walk but we did. since it was Pastor Appreciation day we had a long day at church and everyone went home by 2:45 pm so no evening services.
August 20th......We DID get that walk in which was 2.0 Miles
today August 21st ..........2.00 Walking Miles with girls + 4.25 Push Mow steps/miles
TOTAL as of August 21st..............80.0 Walking Miles
OH and today I was able too eat only 1,394 Calories so with all the extra moving I got in it was a really gooooooooooo day!2 -

THANK YOU brittanydash! I dont' often get that much exercise in UNLESS we are camping. Yesterday though was a good day with loads of walking... Today I got in a walk with the girls and then a faster walk with my husband..THAT gave me 5.0 miles today...

I love it when people reach their goals early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Personally I've only been able too do that a very few times.
Actually yesterday my husband fixed the tires on my OUTSIDE Bike. I rode for three miles very late evening after I had already posted my day's progress. He was outside secretly fixing it while I was doing house chores! lol...I WILL log that in todays miles progress later this evening after my daily exercise...

Sunday's during warmer months are difficult as we have too walk between church services around 2p.m ...However today is was a bit cooler so we took a slower walk and managed 2.0 Walking miles.
