You should be able to access the spreadsheet with above link using a browser from your phone or computer (it may not let you edit when accessed via the MFP app).

We have been logging each week starting the 14th (so we just logged again on the 21st), but I don't think it matters if your weekly weigh-ins are off by a day or so.0 -
I'd like to join, if it's not too late. I'm trying to to lose 40 pounds, and need that extra push to stick to watching what I eat and exercise.2

School starts back up on Monday so I'm using today's weigh-in just in case I forget.
Curiously, the weigh-loss formula doesn't work for me and the alignment of the numbers are off. Eh. W/E.
It's been raining all week so I been mostly sedentary and still loss a pound. Don't know how that happen but I'll take it.
Aug 21: 193.4
Aug 28*: 192.4 (might adjust this if I remember to weigh in on Monday)1 -

Hello I just joined fitness pal yesterday and I would like to join... this maybe the motivation I need. I have been preparing my lunch for work ahead of time or I'll buy pre-made pasta meals from Trader Joe's. I buy Mango slices and bananas and been having protein shakes at night for the most part. I am an emotional eater or I eat out of boredom so I've been trying to make changes.2
