    It varies but in some threads I’ll give advice that’s literally supported by science, such as eating carbs is not necessarily bad. Then someone who doesn’t even appear to be fit calls me out and acts like I’m an idiot. Carbs are great for fueling workouts. That’s a fact

    It's unreal.
    Now if its harmless like what was the person above you in high school then alright but the awful thirsty forums, no thanks.
