18th: 56.4kg/ 124.08lb not at all surprised with what Ive been eating, weighed this morning 21st and was 58kg.

Back again - am supposedly in maintenance but because of poor food choices have been in a cycle for the last 2 months, of gain weight for 3 weeks then lose for 1. The numbers are starting to creep back.
New goal is to get to 50kg by the anniversary of joining MFP in 42 days. - Hopefully the last bit put on should move fairly quickly.6 -

No change in the average this week. I am a bit surprised by that, but I will take it as it is better than a gain.
My body just does NOT like to let go of the weight.
Oh well, I am not quitting.

The photo on the left came up in my Facebook memories from one year ago when I was on vacation visiting my family.
I don't like having my picture taken (especially head-to-toe shots)... but I was feeling brave today and donned the same shirt and had my picture taken so I could compare. I'd have worn the same pants but I literally wore them threadbare and I tossed them out a few weeks ago.
So here we are... about halfway to my goal. I'll never be slim, but I've set a realistic goal for my height and frame and WHEN I get there, there will be less of me than at any time since my early 20s. I turned 50 a few months ago.

I worked really hard last week--and no results! Very discouraging! I'm a go for broke and I'm going to weigh-in one more time on the 30th! We'll see....

I have been just maintaining all month. At a plateau in weight loss but I just kick started my "diet" again. Basically started over and am down a bit today so I'll weight again on Thursday for a final August weight! Glad I have maintained but ready to lose again!
