    Hi Everyone,

This is probably the one thing I need most help and support on!! EXERCISE!!! EEEKKKKKKKK!!! I am so out of shape its not funny. I started the eating part at the beginning of this week and have done pretty good in that arena. Exercise though not so good, actually extremely bad!! I got my treadmill out and dusted off, removed all cobwebs, and it still works!! I did it for about 10 minutes, I guess thats better than nothing and a start but I know I am going to struggle with exercise. I did order the Biggest Loser Cardio Workout, hoping that variety will help me out!! I think when all this snow is gone and I can walk outside I might do better. Anyways, enough of my life history of non-compliance with exercise! I hope this group will help me be more motivated....

Hang in there Kathy, a friend of mine told me that she lost 38 pounds watching TV, I was like GET outa here... she did... she moved her tread mill into the living room and watched her favorite shows while she walked on the treadmill. she said the next thing she knew she had walked over 1.5 hours... and completed like 7-8 miles. :noway: thats the best way to at least get back into working out... slow little steps, walking before we run right?

there are two muscle groups in the human body that do not fatigue...

one of which is abs the other is calfs... youre calfs are made for walking, with that being said even on your off day you can walk... if you walk for 1/2 hour you could burn some calories and you are still giving your body rest. the best of both worlds...

I did it!! I just did 60 minutes on the gazelle and burned 460 calories after subtracting my resting heart rate. Woohoo I feel accomplished. I was a sweating. I know doing this everyday will definately get those stubborn 3 pounds off to get me out of the 200's. I'm so excited!

Sounds great!! YOU GO GIRL!! :drinker:

    THANK YOU!!

Suprjewels - You are on a roll Girl! Keep it up and I forsee you in the 190's very soon, :drinker: How's the little one?

I went walking yesterday for 1 hour 40 minutes and burned 690 calories! YAY!

Thanks for the support! I thought she was better. She went to school today and only lasted an hour. She's been begging for school. I gave her tylenol and thought we'd try it. Her doctor is an idiot. So I need to find a new one and see what is going on with her. Thanks for asking!

nicole - I know that with my treadmill it was giving me 100 more calories burned but I've heard others say theirs gave them 200 more. It's very misleading! Your workout sounds awesome though! Good for you on taking the stairs yesterday & parking far away! Every little bit counts!

    Keep at it!! :drinker:
