Not doing so well. Am going away tomorrow for 10days. To my sister who lives 2500kms away. Just decided this morning it was time to go. So its a holiday but also a chance to take time for myself and renew my energy. My first holiday on my own for 22years. Hope to come back refreshed and energised to continue this journey.

I am not doing very well since starting this challenge! Grrrrr, right now I am nursing a work related back injury, I hurt my back right before my vacation and have now been back to work on full duty for a week! The dr. said he can scale it back if necessary but I am just working through it! I do ok with pain at work but when I get home I just want to go to bed! I see the dr. again tomorrow so I guess we will see what the next week brings!0 -
