Full disclosure: I did eat my last snacks of the day later than I said I would, but it was because I wound up on a marathon phone call with my mom and I missed "snack time." The snacks were pre-logged yesterday and well within my calories and macros, in fact I needed them for my daily goals. Most importantly for me, they weren't impulse snacks.3 -
