78 Days till Turkey Day – 219.4 first time below 220 in months. Yesterday was my second week at I/F, I’m choosing Tuesday as my I/F day. I think I will change it up a little…. Next Monday… I’ll eat diner no later than 7:00pm, and not eat again till Tuesday sundown. No exercise today as worked last night part time job.

I’m choosing Tuesday as my I/F day. I think I will change it up a little…. Next Monday…Sadly no exercise today as I had to be at work at 6am this morning. But I do have to mow grass tonight after work, so that will burn some calories.

I Started at 151 lbs in August. Lost a 2 pounds only, and now i'm stuck
I was in a similar situation about a month ago -- good calorie intake and exercise, but the scale wouldn't move!
For me, I cut starches (rice, potatoes, bread, pasta) and increased vegetable intake. I've been losing 2lbs a week steadily since again. Something like this could work for you to?0 -
I am in but joining late. My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs by Thanksgiving... I am a 32 year old mom of 4 with a hubby who is gone for work a month at a time so always made the excuse not enough time. Well school just started back up and I am going to do it this time. I. 5'7" and 290lbs hoping to hit 270-275 by Thanksgiving as that will put me back to my weight in highschool. Ultimate goal is 180.0

9 lbs down for this challenge! Just watching my calories... nothing fancy. I walk a mile or two every day and that's my only exercise. Just proof that it doesn't take too much effort to make things happen! Keep up the great work, everyone!2 -

Sorry everyone, I have been preparing for Hurricane Irma.....south Florida here.
I have been logging food and getting workouts it. Keep up the good work and say some prayers for us down here.
I am also from South Florida and have been in evacuation. Haven't really been staying super active, but trying every now and then. I still hope to reach my goal weight by the end of the year somehow.0 -

The office was closed yesterday due to Irma visiting.... but she wasn't all they expected her to be.. .just some rain and lot of wind for us..... But with that being said... I was a couch potatoe with the granddaughter, watching movies, and eating no so good...... but I did try to get the portion size down. 18 days to my b-day and I'm close to being on my goal weight of 220 (or below YEAH)

Starting a little late but I'll join:
I started the year at my heaviest at 265. But fell of dieting and exercising during summer. But now I'm back at it and need to hold myself better accountable. Have a wedding to attend in January so trying my best to lose two lbs a week till then. Sick of being the big guy when I go to this things.
