I gained last week and haven't really been spot on with my calories for a while, so I guess this is what happens when I behave myself
Back when I started this at the end of May, I had a goal in my head to be 13 stone/182lbs by my October holiday. Hopefully I might get that by the end of this month with a few weeks to spare8 -
