My goal by November 11th (the day I leave for a week long All Inclusive Trip to Cancun is 148lbs. I lost 7.5lbs in August - well exceeding my monthly goal. So I figured I'd hop on here - try my luck this month.

First update!
For some reason, when it comes to weight loss, one week is sooooooooo long. I get a little obsessed with the scale.
I did really good this week. And I lost almost 3lbs! I'm keeping my calories to a minimum right now because I'm going to be traveling for 10 days and I know it's harder to keep track of things when out of the country.
A couple challenges for myself for this week:
- no more than one weigh in before the "official" weigh in next week
- exercise at least 5 days, any kind of exercise
