Overall, I'm doing great with setting my goal weight at 205 by the end of September. Might be below 201, too, the way I am going. Just been watching what I eat and excercising (cardio) 25-30 minutes twice a week at gym plus walking in neighborhood at night. Sometimes I have a cheat night if all goes well with my calorie intake and it isn't too late at night.10 -

Happy with this although the last 2 days I was down ro 223.4 so I know I can get lower next week! I am going on a mini honeymoon next weekend so I am hopefuly I will be able to maintain during that time with a lot of walking and healthy choices. I've signed up for a baseball tournament this weekend and am playing in a beach dodgeball tournament so I will be getting my exercise!! I'm determined to reach my goal.

I've never had this much trouble losing weight before. The scale hardly budges. I just started working with a fitness trainer a couple of weeks ago, and she's got me working a lot harder, so maybe I'm gaining muscle mass and blood volume to offset the fat loss. I'm eating paleo and about 1200 calories daily. I do feel really good, so I've got that going for me.5 -
