I've never had this much trouble losing weight before. The scale hardly budges. I just started working with a fitness trainer a couple of weeks ago, and she's got me working a lot harder, so maybe I'm gaining muscle mass and blood volume to offset the fat loss. I'm eating paleo and about 1200 calories daily. I do feel really good, so I've got that going for me.5 -

My main changes were not to drink any Dr Pepper and to keep the Daily Calorie Counter numbers green. Right now my daily calorie goal is 1600 but I might have to lower that sometime. I will try to make my step goal more often next week, which is 9,500 steps per day in September and will be 10,000 steps per day in October.8 -

Thoughts and prayers to those recovering from Hurricane Harvey, and those affected by Hurricane Irma.
My weight yo-yoed this week, which was expected after some heavy work and sore muscles caused an uptick.
My average is up, but I saw a new daily low of 211.3 today. Looking forward to the average showing 20 lbs gone. Also looking forward to 20X numbers, hopefully soon. Been stuck in the teens for way too long. Onederland is still too far away to anticipate yet, but it is on my mind.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
