I was doing well and notice how much better I felt during the day.
Last night I choose to binge and I am so foggy and groggy today. I am glad I have a place to share. The weekends are really hard for me so here's to a successful Friday night. I can do this!

This is a great challenge! My worst enemy. It really helps that I'm tracking everything?

Turning in fairly early and no LNS. The last few evenings have been hard, though, not because of cravings but because of bona fide hunger. I need to adjust my eating to leave some calories & fat so I can have a handful of nuts just before 8:00 (my snack cutoff) and I'll feel a little more full.

No late night snack but I failed "No impulse eating." I ate 800+ calories of leftover catering after a work function this afternoon. Basically instead of the healthy dinner I planned and pre-logged, I had cheese cubes and bread at 2:00 and ran out of (actually over) calories for the day. Starving.

@cjsacto - I know exactly where you're coming from. You did better than I usually do.... I'd eat the dinner I planned as well. Tomorrow is another day - eat well, drink lots of water and move lots.

I made pretty bad choices all day. I'm grateful for this challenge to help me cut off eating by 8. Tomorrow's my day off, I can regroup.

Thanks for the kind words, @krea4.

Wow, perfect challenge for me! I started 9/10 (even though it is after midnight.) Off to bed with a mug of chamomile tea :p.

I had a snack pre-logged that I didn't eat because it got to be 8pm before I knew it, not sure if that's a good thing. (Another day I ate the snack anyway and didn't consider it a LNS because it was planned.) My calories were low today with no impulse eating - oh, except two tortilla chips I stole off my bf's plate.
