Hi my start weight today is 184.5lbs. I aim to get 2lbs off this week and I'm going to do it!
It's a horrible day here in Scotland but i plan on walking with the pram for 5 miles anyway. I think I'll manage it. Good luck everyone.0 -

1. Beginners to walk / or run 2 miles a day for (3) a days a week
2. Intermediate to walk/ or run 3.5 miles a day for (3) days a week
3. Advance group to walk/or run 5 miles a day for (3) days a week
