    Hey Jim awesome result .2 off onederland, you'll easily do it this week, don't beat yourself up over the mindless eating, think of it in a positive way 1. You realize your doing it 2. Your trying to figure it out 3. Last week 12 rice cakes this week a lot less so that's an achievement 4. Your still losing weight

    Jim your doing so well you deserve every loss keep up the good work

    @andysport1 Thanks.

    I am still surprised and disappointed when I fall back into bad habits. But it reminds me that there is no Finish Line.

    I hope to report a loss next WI that puts me in Onederland. I really don't remember when I went over 200#.
    I weighed 185 in High School, 51 years ago. I'm guessing I gained at least 15# during college, so I was first over 200 in 1970.
    I remember losing 80# on WW in 1987, I got down to 202. But I quit and gained it back. My lifetime of losing/gaining weight has come to an end with finally adapting to a new Lifestyle instead of dieting to lose X pounds.

    Look at it as a positive you no you have it in you to do it youll get there in no time at all add me on MFP if you like

    This week's challenges: hungry all the time! The mire exercise I do the more I need to eat.
    (2.2lbs = 1kg)

    Hope it's OK to join in this late in the year!

    Try suppliment glucomanan helps curb hunger and is very cheap also try if you are having fruit to have a handful of nuts with it because the protein will make u feel fuller for longer hope this helps
