I still don't understand how through a process of elimination that requires the asking of questions we suddenly are negative Nancies assuming the worst. How the eff else are we supposed to figure out what's going on?!
"I know what I'm eating" is great and all but it's still a grey area. It's not rude to establish if that is the case and quickly move on to other possibilities.
And no, she doesn't need to reduce calories, her net is ridiculous low. What she needs is to take a diet break, eat more veg and restart with a less aggressive goal.
This is not a plateau, weight loss has not stopped, it's water weight. You don't eat 1000-1200 calories a day whilst running 30mins several times a week and lifting and reach maintenance even with AT and losing down to her current weight.7 -

I don't know why people are continuously ganging up on the op. She has continuously said she is done with the conversation . It's really sad. Even I have learned my lesson from posting any questions anymore. It seems like the people who have been around a lot longer are pretty impatient with the newbies. I have received great advice here in the beginning, but then it seems lately anything I post got wooed or just felt like I came knocking on the wrong door. Maybe dome should remember how it felt to be new full of questions and excitement. And all. I get it different personalities and stuff being taken wrong. Cue the woos. Im used to it.22

do you realize though how many times these questions are asked? how many times they have been answered? that may be why some people see it as negative.if most people would do a search they could find other posts or questions like theirs most likely. when I first came here I learned the site and the forums and figured out how to search for topics.sure not everyone is a computer whiz.I havent seen where anyone was being negative.its how you construe things that can make it seem negative.I have a lot of time offended people and it wasnt my intention it was how they took what I typed.
most people that come here saying they are doing everything right, but not losing weight are usually off somewhere and things they are doing are not correct. I learned that the hard way and started weighing food like someone suggested. I started losing my weight again and I do have a health issue. for some health issues can make it harder to lose weight,but you have to find what works and the calorie goal that is correct. its a lot of trial and error and for me its been a rollercoaster. had I not listened to the advice to get a food scale and weigh EVERYTHING. I would probably be back at the beginning.no harm is trying different things to see if they work(as long as they are safe). if they dont work after say a month or 2 then try something else. most people are here to help.6 -

There are some professionals in this forum but there are some self proclaimed professionals here also. Just because someone went to a couple seminars doesn't make them a expert. I say question everything, research everything and don't be afraid to try everything and find what works for each person. There isn't a one size fits all diet or workout routine so everyone needs to find what works for them.

I agree wholeheartedly with this EXCEPT . . . some things have been proven time and time again to not work or be dangerous (ACV, detoxes, cleanses, VLCD's, etc). Question everything but also listen, especially to the "don't do it".0
