    Day 21 i walkef,cleaned,stretched.i was hurting so i didnt do exersizes
    Day 22 ive been cleaning and baking today.i walked and stretched. I mau try to do some squats ans abs.

    Fit-friend, you know I've been there. Start small, maybe five minutes before you shower & go from there. Sometimes we hate the thought of the daunting challenges, but remember how FANTASTIC you feel afterward!

    Omg. Took a complete hiatus from regimented fitness (more important life stuff happening). It has not done me well physically.... Getting back on the "train"... I got rid of my scales too, as they were stressful. Awesome dedication, MiamiSeoul. :).

    Wed. day 27 DONE

    Didn't think I could do so many dips,but my triceps will thank me for them. Still have to break up the planks, but trying is better than doing nothing ;)

    Think i will finish where i last was. As i started a different type of program that cycles thru all body areas. But so happy for my plank progress thru this challenge! And the arms were a great workout too! It really kept me going from focussing only on walking!

    Ive been getting walking in and some exersizes and stretches. Ive beem busy and my back has been bothering me alot. I hope to get more regular in oct. But ive not been seditart by no meens.

    Mom in the hospital, TOM, and a cold all got to me. I think I finished 17 out of 30 days. Next month I will shoot for 21/30. Maybe November will be 100%.
