Trying out the keto diet it's been rough meal planning any suggestions on meals for lunch n dinner

    Whole food sources with a focus on protein and above ground veggies; i.e. steak/chicken/pork chop and [mashed] cauliflower, broccoli, spinach,etc.

    Wild diet..(Abel James) .. not strictly keto but as above and some awesome menus

    I search Pinterest for KETO Recipes, and then I add the links to my Food recipes on fitness pal to see how they calculate. Some make the cut, and some don't. Those that do, I print and prepare
