My post being deleted, even though its an honest topic for discussion... cannabis as a preworkout.

Regardless how you feel about cannabis, it is illegal in most places. Why promote something on the internet that for now is illegal.

    Not muting on conference calls.

I had to awesome this one. I have to deal a lot with senior level leaders in conference calls. I do not need to hear the rattling of paper, side conversation, smacking of gum, eating, belching, passing of gas, and overall pud pulling on a formal conference calls.

    Rant over......

    Not muting on conference calls.

You know a really funny story once at work on a large conference call with the CEO president and about a hundred other employees, A co-worker of mine accidentally unmuted his phone and jokingly asked "Who put the kibosh on the unemployment" and the whole entire company heard him say it, it was the funniest freaking thing I've ever seen in my whole entire life...

we just went to a new system where you can log into a dashboard on a website when you're leading a call, and see at any time whose line is active, and the leader can mute them at the click of a button. It's been a game changer.

Pettiness. There are bigger fish to fry than to worry and stress about things that won't even change your lifestyle. Why give them the negative emotions. Save those for what counts.

I have a lot of things that irk me but today I'm going to say that it's when people mispronounce words.

    Ec-specially instead of especially.
    Axed instead of asked.
    MischievEous instead of mischievous.
    Ree-later instead of realtor.

I could go on for a while.

My supervisor says complaintant instead of complainant and it makes me insane. Makes her sound really stupid too.

When I was a carpenter, nobody could say caulk or caulking. Yes, it was always cauk and cauking which sounds like, well, you know...

Dramatic people. Not in an artistic way. In a frequently angry about something kind of way and instead of choosing to handle said problem in a mature/adult fashion chooses to go over the top with emotions so everyone knows person was wronged/offended/whatever.

When you walk pass someone in a store parking lot and you smile at them and say GOOD MORNING, or HOW YOU DOING, and they smile back to let you know they heard you, but pass by you & still don't say a word..........A little kindness goes a long way....

When someone describes themself as "witty" or emphasizes that they are really funny- and then they're not.
I hate when someone says they have a great sense of humor and then can't make me laugh or even chuckle.
Don't set me up and then not deliver the goods!

    Lol

When people from the field call my desk phone directly with an issue. Um, we have a help desk that will open a ticket for your issue.

My washing being almost dry , then it rains ..

This. Yes. And also, nice to meet another 'outside on the line' dryer. We get funny looks, but watch us care...

What irks me is when someone steps right in front of me while walking then goes slow. Pavement/Sidewalk RAGE!!!

This is my parents. I'll go over to their house one day and see them and they're like you don't need to lose weight. It's so unhealthy for you to diet. Let's go out to eat, you're gonna eat. Drives me up the wall that they're not supportive. Mind you I was overweight at 158 and now I'm down to 136!

When people complain over and over about the same thing, a thing that they have the power to change, yet just never do. Hard to feel bad for ya when it's kind of your own damn fault

Maybe they're referring to your dieting while on chemo.
